Hero Siege Ready to Pop and Colossal Chest Farming Guide

Hero Level farming becomes much more efficient once you unlock Ready to Pop and build your Ether Tree around Colossal Chests. Instead of fully clearing every map, the goal is to find the chest quickly, trigger the event, gather the Bloating monsters, collect the experience, and reset immediately.

This farming method is especially useful for players who have already reached Level 100 and want to push Hero Levels more efficiently.

Unlock Ready to Pop First

The most important Ether Tree milestone is Ready to Pop. It requires 17 Ether Points, so early points should be planned around reaching this node rather than being scattered across unrelated bonuses.

Once Ready to Pop is unlocked, your farming priorities change. Colossal Chest events become the center of your EXP routine, and discovery-related upgrades become much more valuable.

After reaching Ready to Pop, invest further points into improving your ability to locate Colossal Chests. Reducing search time may not look impressive on a single run, but the saved time becomes significant after hundreds of repetitions.

If you are managing Hero Siege Gold, this is also a good reason to prioritize upgrades that improve movement and clear speed rather than spending resources on small defensive improvements you do not need.

Misty Swamp Farming Loop

Misty Swamp is one of the strongest choices once your character can clear it comfortably.

Do not treat the map like a normal dungeon. You are not trying to kill every monster. Move through the zone quickly, use your discovery range to locate the Colossal Chest, and immediately focus on the event.

Once the chest is activated, the priority is the Bloating monster group. Pulling the enemies together allows area-damage abilities to hit more targets at once, making the experience phase much faster.

A clean Misty Swamp cycle looks like this:

  1. Enter the map and start moving immediately.
  2. Search for the Colossal Chest instead of clearing random packs.
  3. Trigger the chest event.
  4. Group the Bloating monsters whenever possible.
  5. Use your strongest area damage.
  6. Collect experience and worthwhile loot.
  7. Leave the map as soon as the valuable part is finished.
  8. Reset and start another run.

The less time you spend between these steps, the better your EXP per hour becomes.

King’s Garden as the Safer Option

King’s Garden is a useful alternative for characters that are not ready to farm Misty Swamp efficiently.

A common mistake is assuming that the harder map must always provide better results. If Misty Swamp takes significantly longer to clear or causes frequent deaths, King’s Garden may actually produce more experience over the same amount of time.

Use the map where your character can maintain a fast and consistent rhythm. Once your gear and Hero Levels improve, you can return to Misty Swamp.

Maximize the Bloating Pack

Bloating monsters are the most important part of the Colossal Chest strategy, so avoid wasting their potential.

When the event begins, try to keep the pack concentrated instead of scattering enemies across the map. Builds with strong area damage should wait until enough enemies are grouped before using their biggest skills.

Movement also matters. Fast characters can circle the pack while maintaining damage, while ranged builds should keep enough distance to avoid unnecessary hits.

The objective is simple: more Bloating kills in less time.

A Loot Filter is highly recommended. Do not interrupt the EXP cycle to inspect every common item.

Reset Efficiency Matters

The final step is also one of the most important. Once the Bloating pack has been cleared and valuable experience has been collected, reset the map.

Do not spend another few minutes finishing unrelated monster packs unless you have a specific farming objective. The Colossal Chest is the reason you entered the map.

Inventory management should also be minimized. Pick up valuable items, ignore low-value drops, and handle larger inventory sessions after several runs.

Players looking for cheap Hero Siege Gold should apply the same principle to their overall progression: invest in upgrades that reduce farming time rather than chasing expensive gear that provides little practical benefit.

The Complete Route

The most efficient setup is:

Ether Tree → Ready to Pop → Discovery upgrades → Colossal Chest → Misty Swamp or King’s Garden → Bloating pack → XP collection → Immediate reset

Once this routine becomes familiar, Hero Level farming becomes much less about clearing entire maps and much more about maintaining a fast, repeatable cycle.

For most players, the biggest improvement will come from reducing travel time, grouping Bloating monsters effectively, and eliminating unnecessary actions between runs.
